I never heard of them and couldn't find any information regading them. I sent an email, through , to Shoebacca and asked when my shoes would arrive, they responded and said they would arrive shortly that the ship date was the day after I ordered them. I received them today, 19 days later, with overnight delivery printed on the box! Will I order from again? Most Definetly, they followed up. Will I order from Shoebacca again, probably not, which is to bad because the price was great.

However, with the economy what it is, I looked for a cheaper alternative, and saw these recommended on a web site. I am very glad I ordered them. They are very comfortable, hold my tummy in in just the right spot, and are very flattering. I have read some people say the sizing is inconsistent, and that may be correct. I usually order size 8 in the NYDJ brand, but I used the measuring method given here and ordered these in a 12. I also ordered a 10 because I am losing weight, and I found both the 12 and 10 fit me. The 10 is tighter but does not give me a muffin top because of the way the jeans are constructed. I am very pleased with these inexpensive jeans, and I will definitely be purchasing them again.

I always buy 14EEE and they have always fit perfectly. This pair is narrower throughout most of its construction than previous models. Out of the box they are not as comfortable as previous boots by Bates that I have owned. I needed them for work and its impossible to buy 14EEE anywhere around here and I could not wait another week if I sent them back. Having said all of that, these boots are still far superior to something like a Magnum HighTech boot. They only suffer in comparison to previous Bates duty boots that I have worn.I'm not too impressed with the shine that I achieved using Kiwi but then again I've never been impressed with Kiwi. I just received some shoe polish from England (Cherry Blossom Regimental Gloss) that I am eager to try on these boots. Excellent shoe polish has not been available in the US since Esquire went out of business.

Comfortable shoe that I can dress up or down, wear any season, and they are really cute too! I've been wearing Ahnu shoes for years and haven't found a pair I don't like.
